- 4 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
- 4 medium carrots, boiled and diced
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
- 200g boiled chicken breast or ham, diced
- 200g pickles, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
